Breakfast smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
  1. Banana - 1
  2. Apple - 1/2
  3. Strawberries - 3 large
  4. Spinach leaves - 1 cup 

Method:
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender along with 1 glass of water and blend into smooth paste.
