Ingredients:
- Bread - 2 slices
- Egg - 1
- Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 5-6
- Green chilies - 1
- Salt and pepper powder to taste
- Butter - 1 tsp
Method:
- Beat an egg and add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, green chili, salt and pepper.
- Heat a tawa on medium heat and spread a teaspoon of butter.
- Spread the egg mixture evenly.
- Place 2 slices of bread side by side. Cook on both sides.
- Fold the omelette in such a way that the egg is between the bread slices.
