Ingredients:
1. Spinach - cut in small pieces 1 cup
2. Cabbage - 1 cup shredded
3. Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
4. Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
5. Oil - 1 tsp
6. Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
7. Lemon juice - few drops
8. Salt to taste
Method:
1. Splutter mustard seeds in oil and add spinach, cabbage, salt and red chilli powder. Fry for 5 minutes on high flame with continuous stirring.
2. Turn off the stove and add grated coconut and lemon juice.
