1. Zucchini - 1
2. Turmeric powder - 1/8 teaspoon
3. Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1/4 teaspoon
4. Dried red chillies - 1-2
5. Oil - 2 teaspoon
6. Salt to taste.
1. Wash and cut zucchini into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. After it splutters add red chillies, zucchini pieces, turmeric powder and salt.
3. Saute uncovered for around 5 minutes.
Serve as a side dish for rice.
