Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1. Swiss Chard - finely chopped 2 cup
2. Onion - 1 medium sized
3. Garlic - 2 cloves
4. Dried red chilli -2
5. Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Oil -1 teaspoon
7. Salt to taste
Method:
1. Rinse and finely chop Swiss Chard.
2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
3. Add dried red chillies, crushed garlic and finely chopped onion. Saute until onions turn translucent.
4. Add Swiss Chard and cook for 5 minutes and they are ready to serve.
