Purple Cabbage Stir Fry

Purple cabbage has an amazing health benefit of preventing cancer, apart from that these are rich in fiber, Vitamin A, K and many other nutrients.

Serves: 2

1. Purple cabbage shredded - 1 cup
2. Oil - 2 teaspoon
3. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
4. Salt to taste

1. Heat oil in a pan and add shredded purple cabbage.

2. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.

3. Cook on medium heat for around 5 minutes.
