Sweet Corn with Butter

Serves: 2 

1. Sweet corn - 2 cobs
2. Butter - 1 teaspoon
3. Salt to taste 

1. Place sweet corn on the cob in boiling water and cook for around 5 minutes.

2. Remove the kernels from cob using a knife. 

3. Add butter and sprinkle little salt and toss the ingredients well.

Enjoy these easy and tasty snack with a hot cup of tea.
